Job Overview
Greater Manchester Mental Health is seeking a Healthcare Support Worker to join our dynamic team at HMP Garth. As a valued member of our multidisciplinary team, you will support Qualified Nurses and Medical staff in providing holistic care to patients in custody.
Main Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care
- Assist with clinical observations and provide support to patients with severe and enduring psychological difficulties
- Communicate effectively with a wide range of people, including service users, carers, and other professionals
- Contribute to a positive and respectful team environment
