Youth Mental Health Practitioner

Role Description:
We are seeking an experienced Youth Mental Health Practitioner to join our team at Service Care Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our Rapid Assessment Intensive Support Team (RAIST), you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to children and adolescents in need.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for young people aged 0-18
- Develop and implement effective care plans
- Deliver intensive support for up to two weeks
- Work collaboratively with junior staff members
Requirements:
- Fully enhanced DBS check
- NMC registration
- Proven experience in mental health assessments for young people
Compensation and Benefits:
The estimated hourly rate for this role is £27, rising to £32 on Sundays. In addition to your base salary, you will receive weekly pay, free training, and a fully enhanced DBS check provided free of charge.
Referral Incentive:
If you refer a friend to Service Care Solutions Ltd, you will receive a £250 bonus per person, as well as a £250 contract bonus for starting work with us.
