Job Title: Mental Health Practitioner
This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, with a salary of £27 per hour (inclusive) or £21.68 per hour (exclusive). As a Mental Health Practitioner, you will work with individuals experiencing mental health issues, conducting assessments, creating care plans and delivering support.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct mental health assessments.
- Create and implement care plans.
- Deliver support to individuals with mental health issues.
Requirements:
- Fully enhanced DBS check.
- NMC registration.
- Experience working in mental health.
