The successful candidate will have a strong background in mental health, learning disability, and supported living, with a proven ability to lead teams and drive service improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the Development of our Mental Health and Learning Disability Services, working closely with our team to deliver high-quality care and support.
  2. Establish and develop our forensic mental health service, working with stakeholders to ensure success.
  3. Implement effective staff supervision, training, and development plans, ensuring our team has the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  4. Ensure all CQC and regulatory requirements are met and exceeded, maintaining our reputation for quality and excellence.

The salary for this role is estimated at £60,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Registration with the relevant professional body (e.g., NMC, HCPC).
  • Proven experience in leadership and management within mental health, LD, and supported living environments.
  • Experience in implementing CQC and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
