Senior Health and Social Care Professional

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Health and Social Care Professional to lead our residential care team. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and services that meet the needs of adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Physical Disabilities.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a Registered Manager, preferably in Learning Disabilities, and hold relevant qualifications such as QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management or NVQ Level 4 Health and Social Care. A strong focus on staff management, excellent knowledge of CQC regulations, and a commitment to delivering outstanding care are essential.
A competitive salary of up to £35,000 is available for this role, recognizing the importance of recruiting a talented and dedicated individual to this position.
