About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Psychologist to lead our Adult Clinical Service in South Staffordshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic professional to join our team and make a significant impact on the lives of people with complex mental health needs.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality psychological services, working effectively with multidisciplinary teams, and developing strong relationships with stakeholders. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership, overseeing service development, and contributing to the strategic direction of our organization.

Our ideal candidate will have substantial experience of working with people with severe and enduring mental health problems, including those who have come into contact with the justice system. They will also have expertise in forensic psychology, neuropsychology, and clinical psychometrics. In addition, they will have post-doctoral training in specialized areas of psychological practice.

This is a part-time role, but we offer flexible working arrangements, generous annual leave, and opportunities for career development and progression. In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £43,042 - £51,411 per annum, depending on your experience.
