Clinical Lead Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Lead to join our team in South Staffordshire, working with people with complex personality difficulties in the justice system. This part-time position offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in a highly specialized psychological service.
The successful candidate will provide consultation services to Probation Service staff, develop formulations to support sentence management, deliver training, offer reflective practice, and engage in joint working with individuals on probation and their practitioners.
As a key member of our team, you will contribute to multiagency working, attend MAPPA meetings, and liaise with Community Mental Health Teams. Your experience in forensic or counselling psychology, combined with postdoctoral training in specialized areas, will enable you to make a significant impact in this role.
