We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Lead to join our team, where you will play a vital role in leading and managing a team of healthcare professionals within our Urgent Treatment Centres.

Salary

$48,379.50 - $64,369.50 per year

About the Role

As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of healthcare professionals, providing clinical advice and mentorship, and ensuring that patients receive high-quality care.

This role requires strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of professionals to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

You will also have strong clinical skills, with the ability to assess health and clinical needs of patients, undertake physical examinations, and provide clinical advice and mentorship to junior clinical staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals, providing clinical advice and mentorship
  • Ensure that patients receive high-quality care, with a focus on patient safety and satisfaction
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes and experiences
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A Master's Degree in Advanced Clinical Practice (equivalent or higher)
  • Clinical skills qualification at degree level
  • Evidence of completion of study in minor illness, minor injury, paediatric minor illness, and paediatric minor injury
  • Independent prescriber status

You will also need to demonstrate strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of professionals to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
