Job Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a Registered Healthcare Professional with a Master's degree in Advanced Clinical Practice or equivalent. You will also require current HCPC registration and experience of working in emergency/acute/general medicine care at a senior level.

As a key member of our team, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals. You will also be confident in your ability to lead on complex cases and make autonomous decisions in a patient's own home.
