We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Urgent Care Clinician Lead to join our team in Tamworth, UK. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and implementation of our urgent care services.
**About the Role:**
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading clinical teams, assessing patient health and clinical needs, and using advanced clinical practice skills to diagnose, treat, refer or discharge patients.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead clinical teams
- Assess patient health and clinical needs
- Use advanced clinical practice skills to diagnose, treat, refer or discharge patients
**Requirements:**
- Registered Nurse, Paramedic, or Pharmacist qualification
- Master's Degree in Advanced Clinical Practice (or equivalent)
- Clinical skills qualification at degree level
- Evidence of completion of study in minor illness and independent prescriber
**Benefits:**
- Competitive salary range £48,379.50 - £64,369.50 per annum
- Annual leave days (including Bank Holidays)
- Learning and Development time (5% of weekly hours)
- NHS pension or 6% Employer Pension contribution (if eligible)
**Estimated Salary:**£57,219.51 based on job requirements and industry standards
