Job Description:
Reception DutiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing an effective and efficient reception service to patients and visitors
- Handling general enquiries, explaining procedures, and making appointments
- Actioning E-Consults and managing urgent consultations
- Supporting clinical staff with administrative tasks and providing general office assistance
Person Specification:
- Experience working in a demanding situation
- Telephone experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Computer skills and ability to learn new software
- Desirable: Experience working in a GP practice or primary care setting
Salary: £22,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience
