Administrative Support Officer

We are looking for an experienced Administrative Support Officer to join our GP Practice team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the clinical team, ensuring smooth communication and effective day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
- Undertake a wide range of reception and administrative duties, including managing patient information and supporting the multidisciplinary team.
- Distribute information, messages, and enquiries efficiently, liaising with clinical team members and external agencies.
- Contribute to maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the practice.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft applications.
