About the Role

As a Private Client Legal Secretary, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and legal support to our solicitors. You will handle client enquiries, prepare documents, and manage client files. Your excellent organizational skills and attention to detail will ensure seamless service delivery.

Responsibilities:
  • Client Enquiries: Handle initial client enquiries, arrange appointments, and maintain effective communication with clients throughout their matter.
  • Document Preparation: Assist in the preparation and submission of documents related to wills, probate, trusts, and powers of attorney.
  • File Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files.

Requirements:
  • Significant experience in private client law, including wills, probate, trusts, and estate administration.
  • Strong knowledge of private client processes and terminology.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
