Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to join our team in Tamworth. This is a full-time office-based role where you will be supporting the accounts department.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with managing the general ledger and account reconciliations.
- Record financial transactions in Xero and SIMPRO software.
- Address finance-related inquiries from stakeholders.
- Process payroll, employee expense claims, and time sheets.
- Previous experience in an administrative or accounting role.
- Familiarity with Outlook and Microsoft Office.
- Bonus points for knowledge of Xero.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
