About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Child Mental Health Specialist to join our team in Lichfield and Tamworth. This is an exciting opportunity to work with children and young people who are experiencing mild to moderate mental health difficulties.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing and delivering evidence-based interventions in educational settings, working collaboratively with teachers, parents, and carers. They will also be involved in conducting risk assessments and identifying the right level of support for each child.

This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with diverse groups. A teaching qualification and experience of working with children and young people are essential requirements for this position.

Competitive salary: £43,041 - £62,001 per annum.
