Child and Family Support Specialist

Pertemps Social Care is seeking a skilled Child and Family Support Specialist to join their team. As a key member of the agency, you will play a vital role in supporting children's understanding of their birth identity and supervising family time with birth parents.
Key Responsibilities:- Facilitate therapeutic family time between children and their parents or other family members.
- Coordinate family time arrangements as directed by court orders.
- Transport children and young people to attend family time sessions.
- Provide parenting support and guidance during family time activities.
- Ensure accurate documentation, reports, and records are maintained for children, families, and carers.
- Be available outside traditional working hours to provide essential support to children, families, and carers.
The estimated salary for this position is £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you are passionate about supporting vulnerable families and have excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.
