About the Role

The Special Educational Needs Coordinator will be responsible for supporting Family Practitioner Leads in co-ordinating Education Health & Care assessments, producing EHC Plans, and carrying out annual reviews. They will also work with children and young people with special educational needs and disability, and their families, promoting choice and independence and improving outcomes.

We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as flexible working arrangements and opportunities for professional development.
