Responsibilities

  3. Design and implement comprehensive training programs.
  4. Evaluate and mitigate risks associated with regulatory compliance.
  5. Foster a positive team culture through engagement and recognition.

Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Registration with the relevant professional body (e.g., NMC, HCPC).
  • Proven experience in leadership and management within mental health, LD, and supported living environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The estimated salary for this role is £72,000 per annum, depending on experience.
