Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the supported accommodation service in line with its ethos and statement of purpose, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements.
  • Grow the mental health and LD part of the service, focusing on delivering exceptional patient outcomes.
  • Establish and develop the forensic mental health part of the service, prioritizing safety and well-being.
  • Implement supervision, training, and development plans for staff, promoting career growth and engagement.

A competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, is offered for this challenging yet rewarding opportunity.
