Disability Support Services Manager

Service Care Education is seeking a highly skilled Disability Support Services Manager to work within the Staffordshire Council on a 3-month contract. This role involves overseeing the coordination of support for adults and children with special educational needs & disability.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Co-ordinate, facilitate, and create assessments of need and develop education, health & care plans that meet legislative requirements.
  2. Act as a key worker for adults and children with special educational needs & disability, coordinating support from qualified professionals.
  3. Analyse information to assess needs, strengths, risks, and potential, identifying and managing risks appropriately.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in planning personalised support for individuals with disabilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of disabilities and special educational needs (SEN).

Estimated Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you are interested in this role or want further discussion, please contact Lewis O'Donnell via email or telephone.
