Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and inspirational School Learning Support Worker to join our team at South Staffordshire College.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing individualized support to students with severe and complex learning difficulties and disabilities, helping them to achieve their full potential.

We are looking for someone with previous experience working in a similar setting, with a strong understanding of SEND and the Education, Health, and Care process.

Salary: £22,000 - £27,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.

Benefits: Competitive salary, generous holiday scheme, additional 5 days at Christmas, 2 'ME' days, paid time off for emergencies, enhanced pension contributions, and more.
