Job Title:

Learning Disabilities Service Manager

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and quality-focused Registered Manager to lead our residential and supported living service in Tamworth. The ideal candidate will have a passion for supporting individuals with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Physical Disabilities.

Responsibilities:

The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring the highest standard of care and support is delivered to our service users. This includes:

  • Leading a team of staff to provide person-centered care and support.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports as required.
  • Participating in regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant qualification in health and social care, such as a Diploma or Degree in Social Work or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience working in a similar role or with a similar client group.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Salary:

£35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
