Disability Support Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and supportive Support Worker to join our team at beBee Professionals in Tamworth. As a key member of our staff, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities.
Key ResponsibilitiesYour main responsibilities will include:
- Supporting individuals with disabilities in their daily activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
- Implementing care plans and monitoring progress to ensure each individual receives the necessary support.
- Facilitating community and social outings for service users, promoting social inclusion and well-being.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- High school diploma; certification in healthcare or social work is advantageous.
- Experience in a support role for individuals with disabilities is desirable.
- Empathy, patience, and strong communication skills.
In addition to a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, we offer comprehensive health insurance and career progression opportunities.
