Support Worker for Young Adults

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated School Learning Support Worker who can work effectively and imaginatively to provide first-class support for students, to develop education, communication, social, emotional, and personal skills to assist with their preparation into adulthood.
The ideal candidate will be a strong team player with a real desire to help young adults. Previous experience working in a range of settings supporting young people or adults with learning differences and/or disabilities, knowledge of SEND and the Education, Health, and Care process will be an advantage.
Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
