Job Title: Experienced Manager for Learning Disabilities Care
About the Role:
We are recruiting an experienced Registered Manager to lead our residential and supported living service in the Tamworth area.
This service provides high-quality care for adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Physical Disabilities, promoting independence and person-centered care.
The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary of up to £35,000 per annum.
Responsibilities:
- Provide quality-focused leadership and management to the team
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and health and social care legislation
- Develop and implement effective care plans to meet individual needs
- Foster a positive and supportive work environment
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Registered Manager, preferably in Learning Disabilities
- QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management or equivalent qualification
- Strong staff management and communication skills
