Quality Focused Leader Required for Residential and Community Care

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Registered Manager to join our team in Tamworth. As a leader in the field, you will be responsible for overseeing the provision of residential and supported living care to adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Physical Disabilities.

Role RequirementsTo excel in this position, you should possess:
- Proven experience as a Registered Manager, preferably in Learning Disabilities
- Relevant qualifications, such as QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management or Registered Managers Award/NVQ Level 4 Health and Social Care (preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
