We are seeking a highly experienced and quality-focused care leader to lead our residential service in the Tamworth area.

This service provides specialist care for adults with complex needs, aiming to encourage independence.

The ideal candidate must have:

  • Prior experience as a Registered Manager, preferably in Learning Disabilities
  • QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management or equivalent qualification
  • Strong staff management skills
  • Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations, health and social care legislation, and regulatory requirements
  • Enthusiasm, passion, and determination to achieve outstanding results

The salary for this role is £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
