Opportunity for Experienced Deputy Care Home Manager
">TipTopJob is seeking a dedicated Deputy Care Home Manager to join their exceptional residential service based in the West Midlands area.
This role involves working with adults who have Prader-Willi syndrome, requiring a compassionate and skilled individual with a strong background in healthcare management.
To be successful, you must hold an NVQ/QCF Level 3 or 4 in Health & Social Care or equivalent.
- Focused on delivering high-quality care services.
- Proven experience in managing staff teams and leading by example.
The selected candidate will receive an attractive salary of £28,080 per annum, along with comprehensive benefits including:
- A competitive hourly rate of £13.50 per hour.

- 28 days annual leave including bank holidays.
