About the Role

Nexxus Care is recruiting for a motivated and empathetic Residential Support Worker to join our team at Meadowyrthe Residential Home in Tamworth. This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents and contribute to our mission of providing exceptional care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide personal care and support services to residents, respecting their rights and choices.
  • To assist residents with daily tasks, promoting independence and dignity.
  • To ensure care plans are followed, providing person-centred care and respecting individual choices.
  • To support residents during activities and mealtimes.

Requirements:

  • Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings.
  • Degree in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
  • DBS check and proof of right to work in the UK.
