Nexxus Care is recruiting for a motivated and empathetic Residential Support Worker to join our team at Meadowyrthe Residential Home in Tamworth. Key Responsibilities:
- To provide personal care and support services to residents, respecting their rights and choices.
- To assist residents with daily tasks, promoting independence and dignity.
- To ensure care plans are followed, providing person-centred care and respecting individual choices.
- To support residents during activities and mealtimes.
Requirements:
- Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings.
- Degree in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
- DBS check and proof of right to work in the UK.
Meadowyrthe Residential Home is a 41-bed facility located in Staffordshire, providing high-quality residential care for individuals with dementia and other complex needs. Our goal is to provide outstanding care and support, enabling residents to maintain their independence and quality of life.
