Children's Residential Support Professional

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a medium-sized organization dedicated to providing a supportive and inclusive working environment. As a Children's Residential Support Professional, you will be responsible for promoting the education, independence, and well-being of young people in our care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage and guide young people in their personal growth and development
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and high-quality service
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with children, families, and external agencies
Requirements:
• Full UK Driving Licence
• L3 or equivalent in Children & Young People Family Practitioner / Level 3 in Residential Childcare
• Experience in supporting children (ideally)
