Lead Manager for Residential Care

We are seeking an experienced and quality-focused Lead Manager to join our team at SCR Recruitment Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a fantastic residential service in the Tamworth area, providing care for adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Physical Disabilities.
Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum
The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a Registered Manager (preferably in Learning Disabilities) and hold a QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management or Registered Managers Award/NVQ Level 4 Health and Social Care qualification. Strong staff management skills and excellent knowledge of CQC regulations, health and social care legislation, and regulatory requirements are essential.
