About the Role:
Coburg Banks Technical is seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader to take on the challenge of managing a new 4 bed residential home for young people with learning disabilities or physical disabilities. As a Child Care Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in providing high-quality care and support services to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of carers and support workers in delivering person-centered care and support services to our residents
- Ensure the highest standards of care and safety are maintained at all times
- Develop and implement effective strategies to promote independence and well-being among our residents
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum

Requirements:
- A degree in social work, nursing, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role in children's services
