">As a Foster Carer with Focus Foster Care, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to children and young people in need.
">Salary: £39,000 - £43,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children in foster care
">- Work collaboratively with social workers to develop and implement individualized care plans
">- Establish and maintain relationships with birth family members and other professionals involved in the child's life
">Requirements:
">- Must be able to commit to ongoing training and professional development
">- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team
