We are seeking a dedicated leader to manage our residential care home in the Tamworth area, catering to older individuals with dementia.

Job Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring compliance with CQC regulations, health and social care legislation, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hold QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management/Registered Managers Award/NVQ Level 4 Health and Social Care qualification (Preferred)
  • Prior experience as Registered Manager or Deputy in older people or dementia care homes
  • Develop strong staff management skills and foster a positive team environment
Compensation:

The offered salary package is £38,000 per annum.
