- Enthusiasm, passion, and determination to deliver high-quality person-centered care">
- Ability to develop and implement effective policies and procedures">
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Prior experience as Registered Manager (preferably in Learning Disabilities)">
- QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management/Registered Managers Award/NVQ Level 4 Health and Social Care (preferred)">
- Strong staff management skills">
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills">
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders, including families and external partners">
- Enthusiasm, passion, and determination to achieve outstanding results">
Salary and Benefits
">The salary for this role is approximately £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including:
