Norfolk Integrated Housing & Community Support (NIHCSS) is a forward-thinking organisation providing innovative solutions to support individuals with mental health challenges across Norfolk.

We are seeking a highly motivated Community Wellbeing Coordinator to join our team. As a key worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals to achieve their goals and aspirations through targeted interventions and person-centred planning.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing care plans tailored to individual needs
  • Providing one-to-one support to help individuals overcome mental health challenges
  • Working collaboratively with clients, carers, and other professionals to develop and review recovery support plans
  • Acting as a support navigator to make creative use of available resources

This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary of £26,000 - £31,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a salary, we offer a range of benefits, including:
