Recovery and Resilience Specialist

This exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Substance Misuse Recovery Worker to work with us in Norwich.
About the Role:
- As a key member of our team, you will provide critical support services to service users from entry to treatment and recovery.
- You will be responsible for delivering comprehensive screening, assessment, and recovery planning, as well as onward referrals to relevant services.
- In addition, you will promote harm reduction initiatives and foster a culture of carer, service user, and community involvement.
- Your expertise will also enable social reintegration by supporting users to lead meaningful and purposeful lives.
Requirements:
- A passion for working with vulnerable populations and a commitment to delivering exceptional support services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Knowledge of substance misuse and recovery principles, as well as harm reduction strategies.
- An Enhanced Adults and Children's DBS is required for this role.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
