We are seeking a highly skilled Substance Misuse Recovery Worker to join our team in Norwich.
About the Job:
- As a key member of our team, you will provide critical support services to service users from entry to treatment and recovery.
- You will be responsible for delivering comprehensive screening, assessment, and recovery planning, as well as onward referrals to relevant services.
- In addition, you will promote harm reduction initiatives and foster a culture of carer, service user, and community involvement.
- Your expertise will also enable social reintegration by supporting users to lead meaningful and purposeful lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recovery plans, working closely with service users and other stakeholders.
- Deliver comprehensive screening and assessment services, identifying areas of need and developing strategies for improvement.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to service users, promoting harm reduction and enabling social reintegration.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Salary and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this position is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including a dynamic and supportive work environment, opportunities for professional growth and development, and an Enhanced Adults and Children's DBS.
