Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Recovery Focused Therapist to join our team at Norfolk & Suffolk Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing occupational therapy services to patients on our acute wards, including assessment, planning, and implementation of individualized treatment plans.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mental health, with experience working in multidisciplinary teams (MDT) and a good understanding of the Model of Human Occupation. Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing occupational therapy services to patients on our acute wards, including assessment, planning, and implementation of individualized treatment plans.
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement evidence-based interventions to enhance recovery and reduce the length of admission.
  • Maintaining accurate records and contributing to the ongoing evaluation and improvement of our services.
Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including annual leave, pension scheme, and access to training and development opportunities.
