At St Martins Housing Trust, we are seeking a dedicated Mental Health Recovery Specialist to join our team of professionals committed to delivering exceptional support services.

About the Role:

  • This is a part-time position with 30.4 hours per week
  • The successful candidate will work flexibly, including remotely, and require daily local travel within the service locality
  • The role involves providing psychologically informed, recovery-focused support to individuals with mental health and complex needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • To develop and use skills and knowledge to support individuals accessing our service, manage their mental health, improve physical health, build support networks, and engage with specialist services
  • To demonstrate passion and drive in supporting individuals finding themselves in challenging situations
  • To exhibit emotional resilience and tenacity in pushing ahead to find suitable solutions, even when faced with resistance
  • To have experience in supporting individuals with poor mental health, addictions, or who are ex-offenders
