Job Description

The successful candidate will lead mental health recovery workers to empower individuals to achieve their goals and aspirations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement care plans that meet individual needs, promoting person-centered planning and collaborative working.
  • Support individuals in a dynamic mental health recovery setting, adapting to changing circumstances with empathy and understanding.
  • Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive support services.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in mental health or learning disabilities, with a strong understanding of recovery-based principles.
  • Able to adapt to changing situations, prioritizing the needs of service users.
  • Valid driving license and access to a vehicle for travel between locations.
