Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Recovery Coach to join our team at United Community & Family Services, Inc. As a Recovery Coach, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals and families affected by substance use disorders.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide peer mentoring support, information, and guidance to clients as they navigate their recovery journey. This includes collaborating with therapists and clients to develop care plans, accessing resources, and promoting healthy behaviors.

A successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of personal recovery experience, an Associate's Degree (BA/BS preferred), and excellent communication skills. A valid driver's license and state-mandated auto liability insurance are also required.
