This full-time Recovery Coach position requires strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and the ability to work effectively with diverse populations. Our organization offers a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan with 6% employer contribution.
