We're seeking a Fixed Term Sales Administrator to join our East Midlands Division's Sales team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the Sales Office Manager with the progression of sales from reservation to legal completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Sales Office Manager with the progression of sales, including liaising with solicitors and collating legal documents.
  • Provide secretarial support to the Sales Office Manager, Head of Sales/Sales Director, Sales Managers, and sales department, including producing letters, memos, reports, spreadsheets, and filing.
  • Record and input sales releases, reservations, cancellations, exchanges, handovers, legal completions, bespoke options, and variations onto the sales system.
  • Ensure development details are up-to-date and accurate on our sales systems, website, and sales and marketing websites.
  • Produce weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports required by the sales department, Divisional management, and Group.
  • Coordinate the distribution of information between the sales department and other departments within the Division.
  • Register plots with the NHBC and record them on the sales system.
Requirements
  • Experience of working in a busy and fast-paced administration role.
  • Desirable: experience of working in sales.
  • GCSE Maths and English - Grade 4/C or above (or equivalent).
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organisation and administration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
