Sales Administrator Vacancy

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Administrator to join our team in Enfield and the surrounding M25 area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update sales databases to ensure accurate data.
  • Follow up on contacts and ensure timely communication with clients.
  • Review and approve documentation to uphold company standards.
  • Conduct site meetings with prospective clients to assess needs and showcase services.
  • Prepare and submit detailed quotations for potential clients.
  • Actively follow up on submitted proposals to close deals with prospective clients.
  • Collaborate closely with senior management to facilitate success.
  • Report directly to the director, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Sales Administrator or similar role, preferably in the cleaning, education, or medical sectors.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with the geographic area inside the M25.
  • Motivated by targets and driven to exceed them.
