Exciting Opportunity at Bellway

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our East Midlands Division's Sales team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Sales Office Manager and Sales Department with administrative tasks, ensuring seamless sales progression from reservation to legal completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Sales Office Manager with sales progression, including liaison with solicitors and collation of legal documents.
  • Provide secretarial support to the Sales Office Manager, Head of Sales/Sales Director, Sales Managers, and sales department.
  • Record and input sales releases, reservations, cancellations, exchanges, handovers, legal completions, bespoke options, and variations onto the sales system.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date development details on our sales systems, website, and sales and marketing websites.
  • Produce weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports for the sales department, Divisional management, and Group.
  • Coordinate information distribution between the sales department and other departments within the Division.
  • Register plots with the NHBC and record on the sales system.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a busy and fast-paced administration role.
  • Desirable: experience in sales.
  • GCSE Maths and English – Grade 4/C or above (or equivalent).
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organization and administration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
