Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Administrator at Watches of Switzerland Group, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Service Centre team. Your duties will include:

  • Administrative Support: Providing administrative assistance to the Service Centre team, including managing emails, answering phone calls, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Planning and Organisation: Coordinating and planning tasks and projects to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.

  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Being flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and circumstances, ensuring that the Service Centre team can respond effectively to customer needs.
