Dementia Nurse Specialist

About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled registered general nurse to join our team as a bank nurse, working on various shifts to support the delivery of high-quality care to our patients. As a bank nurse, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and be part of a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients, prioritizing their needs and well-being
- Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and safe environment, adhering to health and safety protocols
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements
- RGN qualified and registered with the NMC
- Previous experience in older adult care, preferably in a dementia setting
- Excellent clinical skills, with a focus on patient-centered care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
