">About the Job: As a Unit Nurse Manager, you will play a key role in leading our mental health care team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents. Your key responsibilities will include assessing resident needs, developing person-centered care plans, and implementing detailed risk assessments. You will also be responsible for recruiting, training, and mentoring staff, as well as building strong relationships with local regulators and social services.
Your Background: To be successful in this role, you will need to be a Registered Nurse (RMN) with current NMC registration. Experience in providing care for older people and those with dementia is essential. You will also need to have a strong track record of delivering improvements to achieve quality care, with up-to-date knowledge of clinical practices and regulatory frameworks.

- Lead the mental health care team and ensure the delivery of high-quality care to our residents.

- Implement detailed risk assessments and ensure the safe management of risk in the care home.
- Recruit, train, and mentor staff to ensure they have the skills and confidence to deliver excellent care.
- Build strong relationships with local regulators and social services to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Salary: £35,000-£45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
