About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our Business Change Management function within the Finance Global Process Office. As the Head of Business Change Management, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business change strategies that align with our company's vision and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of business change strategies, including the design and delivery of business change initiatives.
  • Represent business change on relevant governance forums, including the Finance Change Demand Process.
  • Provide status reporting on the design and delivery of business change initiatives, including successes, risks, and issues.
  • Work with the GPO leadership to develop and maintain stakeholder engagement and communication plans.
  • Develop change strategies that align with established business change and capability centre ways of working.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of business change interventions and ongoing levels of business change readiness.
Requirements
  • Proven experience delivering end-to-end business change programmes.
  • Demonstrated understanding of business change management theory and methodologies.
  • Experience designing and building change frameworks and toolkits.
  • Good understanding of project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.
Desirable Skills
  • CMI, APMG, or other suitable business change accreditation.
  • Experience working with HR and leadership to facilitate effective consultation processes.
  • Working understanding of high-level finance business processes.
